What’s the difference between Genuine and OEM-quality aftermarket parts?

Genuine parts come in the car maker’s packaging, while OEM-quality parts are made by the same suppliers (e.g. Bosch spark plugs in Audi and BMW) but sold under their own brand, usually at a lower cost.
